Nutritious and super tasty Christmas candy - is it possible?

Tisdagen den 28 november we are visited at Herresta Lada again by the professional and popular confectioner in raw and healthy baking, Viktoriia Rumiantseva from S-Foodies Uppsala. Viktoriia will publish a book by Polaris Fakta on 17 August this year called "Råsöt".

This time the theme is Christmas celebrations and all that it can mean in the form of sweets - but now without a guilty conscience. Create your own Christmas candy that the whole family can love, based on traditional flavors with a twist. All under the inspiring guidance of Viktoriia.

During the evening, she guides us in how we can make desserts, pastries and other sweets - everything is plant-based and without both eggs, dairy products, white sugar, gluten or unnecessary additives - but still fantastically good! You can not even understand that they are useful.

Everything needed for baking is included. If you want, you can of course take your creations home - if you can stay! You are very welcome to sign up, and if you know others who may be interested, you are welcome to spread this further.

You register by emailing tord@herrestalada.com. You can cancel no later than 14 days before, after which your registration is binding. Your registration is confirmed by swishing the course fee to 0702011430 (Tord Olsson). NOTE! The number of participants is limited to 20.

Jag har alltid älskat att baka! Vid någon tidpunkt blev jag fascinerad av hälsomat och undrade: Kan goda desserter ändå vara en del av dieten om man väljer att äta något bättre? Det visade sig att det går så länge som ingredienserna är ”de rätta”. Och det bästa av allt – det finns inga begränsningar! Nästintill alla desserter kan återskapas i en whole-food-variant som är minst lika god. Jag startade företaget S-Foodies eftersom jag tror att maten är själva essensen i hur vi mår.
