Yoga in nature strengthens the body and awakens the senses in a fantastic way. Yoga outdoors accompanied by the fresh air, all the scents, the soft touch of the wind and all the greenery enhances your experience of the yoga session.
The session is based on media yoga with elements of mindfulness. It will be a soft workout with a focus on increased mobility in step with the breath that suits all bodies and all ages.

About MediYoga
Mediyoga is a soft therapeutic yoga form with a strong focus on breathing. Helps you reduce stress in body and mind while giving you more energy. The gentle movements in step with the breath help the body to find peace and calm response (parasympathetic nervous system) where the healering and recovery takes place. MediYoga can be a great help for back problems. Research has also shown good results on stress-related ailments and sleep problems.
Anna Maria attaches great importance to the stress-reducing effects.

Suitable for EVERYONE, both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners.

Registration until 5 August
We hold yoga on WEDNESDAYS at 18.30 - 19.45. You need to arrive about a quarter of an hour before so you have time to land, lay out the carpet and pay before we start.
We run most Wednesdays throughout the summer and inform in good time about the Wednesdays that due to holidays do not happen.

SEK 150 / occasion. You pay easily on the spot before we start with Swish.

You register below until 5 August no later than 8 pm the night before.
We are happy with this foresight for the sake of our planning!

For less than 6 participants, the class is canceled. NOTE! Cancellation later than 20 the night before will be charged.

To bring
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you have one, otherwise there are mats to borrow on site. Then bring a towel / blanket / shawl to lay on the carpet and possibly a water bottle, in addition to comfortable and soft clothes adapted to the weather.
