MediYoga – Beginner course starting 15 January 2020

For who: MediYoga suits EVERYONE. In this beginner's course, you who may not have dared to try before or who tried but did not feel comfortable have the chance to try again.

If: In this beginner's course we start with the basics; you get to learn "how and why". We invest time so that you can adapt to your body.

You who have practiced yoga for a while can also benefit from this course as you get a little more theory about the 5 pillars on which MediYoga is based.

MediYoga is a soft therapeutic form of yoga with a strong focus on breathing. Gentle movements in rhythm with the breath help the body find the "calm and calm" response (parasympathetic nervous system) where healing and recovery take place.

MediYoga can be a fantastic help with back problems, sleep problems and with stress, which is Mia's special area. Many other positive effects have also been noted, such as better lung capacity and lower blood pressure.

Teacher: Anna Maria (Mia) is a Mediyoga Instructor, Stress Mentor, leg. nurse and has her own experience of healing from fatigue syndrome.
