Before Christmas, you can learn how to bake healthy Christmas candy! 

Herresta Lada is once again visited by the professional and popular confectioner in raw and healthy baking, Viktoriia Rumiantseva from S-Foodies Uppsala. For 2.5 hours, she guides us in how we can make various healthy sweets for Christmas - all without eggs, dairy products, white sugar, gluten or other unnecessary additives - but still fantastically good! You can not even understand that they are useful!

We will be able to bake classic Christmas delicacies ourselves, such as raw lingonberry gingerbread muffins, marzipan in chocolate glaze, raw lollipops and saffron fudge. All under the leadership of Viktoria to then be able to enjoy during the coming weekends without a guilty conscience.

The course includes:  

  • Guidance and instructions for baking all the delicacies yourself
  • All raw materials needed
  • Practical and beautiful packaging to take home what you baked
  • Space for questions
  • Recipe booklet for everything we have created

You register by emailing tord@herrestalada.com. You then confirm your registration by swishing the course fee to 0702011430 (Tord Olsson). You can cancel no later than 14 days before, after which your registration is binding. NOTE! The number of participants is limited to 20.

About the confectioner Viktoriia Rumiantseva

I have always loved baking! At one point I was fascinated by healthy food and wondered: Can good desserts still be part of the diet if you choose to eat something better? It turned out that it takes as long as the ingredients are "the right ones". And best of all - there are no restrictions! Almost all desserts can be recreated in a whole food variant that is at least as good. I started the company S-Foodies because I believe that food is the very essence of how we feel. I want to create cakes that make us feel better.
