Yin yoga is a soft and meditative form of yoga that activates the parasympathetic system (the calm-and-rest hormones are activated). We stay for a longer time in each position, at least 3-5 min. Yin yoga is especially beneficial for you with stiffness and pain problems in the body or if you feel tired and/or have mood swings, a lot of spinning thoughts, etc. Or simply just feel the need to fill up on energy and get down to speed. Every other time, Therese holds a Yogalates session.
You come as often as you can (drop-in with pre-registration). During the dark season we do yoga in the light of candles and always to soothing music. At each yoga occasion, a cup of herbal tea is offered!
For who
All levels are welcome! There is a level for everyone, Therése makes sure that everyone gets the best out of their own daily form. Come and test. 🙏
Teacher
Therese Höjermark has been a massage therapist and yoga, dance and pilates teacher for 15 years. She holds two popular sessions per week here at Herresta Lada: Yogalates on Wednesday evenings at 17.30 - 18.45.

Wednesdays at 17.30-18.45
Therese holds yoga on Wednesday evenings at 17.30 – 18.45. Every other time she holds YinYoga and every other time Yogalates. Please arrive in good time for the preparation of your seat.
Price and registration
Price per time is SEK 200/occasion (dropin).
Register no later than 24 hours before the session by texting directly to our teacher Therése: Mobile number 0709-900 809.
Maximum number of participants is 11 per session.
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you have one, otherwise carpets can be borrowed on site. Also bring a towel / blanket / shawl to put on the mat as well as a pillow, yoga pillows and yoga blocks if you have them, to get the most out of the workout / positions. A water bottle can also be good and comfortable and soft clothes of course.
