Thursday, February 10 at 18-20.30 we are visited again by the professional confectioner in raw and healthy baking: Viktoriia Rumiantseva from S-Foodies in Uppsala. During the evening, she guides us in how we can make desserts, pastries and other sweets - all without eggs, dairy products, white sugar, gluten or unnecessary additives - but still fantastically good! You can not even understand that they are useful.

We will be able to bake delicacies such as raw tosca, raw semla, raw chocolate truffles and maybe some more surprises under the direction of Viktoriia. Everything needed for baking is included. You bake together in smaller stations, which we have noticed is unusually good to do with your friends or family. Of course, this can also be an appreciated experience gift. If you want, you can take your creations home - if you can stay! You are warmly welcome to register, and if you know others who may be interested, you are welcome to spread this further.

Award

The price is SEK 495 / person. Then everything is included, including all ingredients and recipe booklet.

How do I register?

You register by emailing tord@herrestalada.com. You can cancel no later than 14 days before, after which your registration is binding. You then confirm your registration by swishing the course fee to 070-2011430 (Tord Olsson). NOTE! The number of participants is limited to 20.

Pastry chef Viktoriia Rumiantseva introduces herself

I have always loved baking! At one point I was fascinated by healthy food and wondered: Can good desserts still be part of the diet if you choose to eat something better? It turned out that it takes as long as the ingredients are "the right ones". And best of all - there are no restrictions! Almost all desserts can be recreated in a whole-food variant that is at least as good. I started the company S-Foodies because I believe that food is the very essence of how we feel. I want to create cakes and delicious pastries that make us feel better!
