We have started a collaboration with luxury Stora Brännbo Conference and Hotel in Sigtuna town; Bring your partner on a developing park course in communication - with a golden edge! A holistic experience for the relationship where you as a couple get inspiration and new conversation tools, while you live in a beautiful environment and enjoy a fantastic seafood buffet and other delicacies - for a whole weekend.
The course PREP - Practical Tools for a Committed Couple Relationship - is aimed at ordinary couples who want to invest a little extra in their relationship. The course is based on over 30 years of international relationship research. It is not therapy or crisis management, but you as a couple can simply talk about important themes and learn concrete conversation methods that help you feel better together.
The course lasts from 09.30-17 both days. During the course, you only talk and train within the couples. Read more.
About the course leaders
We who hold the course, Heléne Zachrison & Tord Olsson, have held PREP courses for many years and we are a couple ourselves. Originally, we took the course ourselves to create good habits in our own relationship. It was so good that we decided to train as certified PREP leaders. We hold both open courses and courses for various organizations, such as the Swedish Armed Forces. We are also certified coaches. Read more. Each park course always ends with a written evaluation, where we have always received very good feedback and satisfied participants.
The price includes:
- Course session Saturday and Sunday at 09.30-17 with two trained course leaders
- A solid workbook "Health care for couple relationships"
- Morning and afternoon coffee and lunch both days
