After an investigation in the municipality regarding organic assortment and raw materials in shops, cafes, restaurants and conference facilities, it turned out that Herresta Lada's organic café rowed home the gold! The chairman of the municipal board, Lars Bryntesson, awarded the only gold diploma to Herresta Lada; Other diplomas for more than 10 other companies had lower value in the denominations.
We won because we had 96 % organic assortment, last time we had the café open this spring :-).
