Golden eggs found in the pasture.
Rarely has an egg been so long awaited :-).
The hens we bought in late summer have saved a lot of gunpowder for a long time, we have waited and searched and waited and searched - but not an egg as far as the eye can reach (Of course you do not know if they have a secret egg laying place that is still undiscovered). But in the end it was there today - brown, well-built and incredibly long-awaited. Champagne on cooling, blogging and sharing on Facebook and Instagram. Far from the actions of classic farmers - funny what development does to us.
In any case, I am proud, and long to cook and taste.
