An awake evening about the important sleep
Do you, like most of us, have a hard time getting to that with a really regular and good night's sleep? Then you are warmly welcome to Herresta Lada on Thursday 17 March. We will then be visited by the professional sleep expert Lisa Carpevi who will hold a workshop and lecture on how you can improve your sleep, among the most important things we need for a good life. Lisa knows most about sleeping badly and what to do about it. Her knowledge is based on the latest brain and sleep research, many years of client work as a certified sleep coach and her personal experience of the journey from insomnia to good night's sleep.
During the evening we will get:
• Hear Lisa share knowledge and experiences about the different perspectives of sleep
• Practical tips and advice for a better night's sleep
• Time to reflect on yourself and your own path forward
• Space to ask and get answers to the questions you have
• A comfortable setting and togetherness in a pleasant environment at Herresta Lada

Price and registration
You pay 295 kr for the evening including VAT.
