Boost your couple relationship by booking a fitness course in communication for two days. This is a course based on long-term research with recognized good results. We can only confirm that we consistently have very satisfied participants :-).
Date: The next course date is this spring during a weekend, 5-6 May 2018, at 10-17 both days
Course leader: Tord Olsson & Heléne Zachrison (certified PREP leaders also a couple themselves)
Course price: SEK 1,995 / person. The price includes a solid workbook, soup lunch, morning and afternoon coffee and fruit both days.
Maximum number: 8 par.
It is also possible to stay over at our pleasant course yard, or alternatively at a nearby, cozy bed and breakfast. Then there is a price for overnight with extra SEK 475 per person in double room with own sheets and towel. The price includes breakfast. Dinner you can choose to cook yourself in the common, fully equipped kitchen, or you eat at a restaurant in the cozy Sigtuna (10 miles away).
We have completed about 20 PREP courses over the years. We always have written evaluations and here are a few selections:

What is PREP Communication Course for Couples?
PREP is the name of the communication course that couples all over the world have taken - a preventive course that provides tools for solving problems in the relationship before it is too late. Learn to develop your dialogue about important keys to lasting love. You get a solid workbook to explore further also at home, all based on long-term research. I should ask if my wife would like to join me on this course? But first I would just like to know if there are places left for the course this fall? If it is possible to sleep over and what does accommodation and course cost?

Yes, there are still places left. The course costs SEK 1,995 / person. Overnight stay is not possible as the course is located on two one-day occasions (two Sundays).
