The demand for yoga and also pilates is great and now we are adding another session a week at Herresta Lada!

It will be offered a more fluent yoga session with a lot of elements of pilates where we lay the foundation for a stable core. The layout of the workout: we will work warmly in the sun salutations and in certain standing positions practice balance and the ability to concentrate. On a few occasions during the session, we stay longer in the positions for up to about 6 minutes and stretch the connective tissue (yin yoga). In a very comfortable way, we weave in Pilates exercises that are the best complement to all other types of training and also everyday chores. Suitable for you who like physical challenges and at the same time want to stretch the muscles deeply. Starts circulation throughout the body.

Tuesdays starting October 13 at 17: 30-18: 45 (break v 44) 🌟. The last session for the autumn will be on December 1, after which Herresta Lada's Christmas market and then the Christmas break will begin.

Price and registration

You can choose between paying SEK 150 / occasion or buying a clip card for 5 occasions for SEK 675.

To bring, especially considering the Corona mode

We will have yoga spread indoors in our cozy barn, with safety distances to avoid the risk of infection spreading. We follow the Swedish Public Health Agency's recommendations so that you can feel safe here at Herresta Lada. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you have one, otherwise there are mats to borrow on site. Also bring a towel / blanket / shawl to put on the mat as well as a pillow, yoga pillows and yoga blocks if you have them, to get the most out of the workout / positions. A water bottle can also be good and comfortable and soft clothes of course.
