We start at 17:30, and end at 18:45
This is a flowing yoga session where we comfortably weave in Pilates exercises that strengthen your inner and outer core muscles - a very good complement to all other types of training and also everyday chores. On a few occasions during the session, we stay longer in the positions, up to 6 minutes, and stretch the connective tissue (yin yoga). The workout suits you who like physical challenges and at the same time want to stretch the muscles deeply and get the circulation going throughout the body.
During the dark season we yoga in the light of candlelight and always to soothing music. At each yoga occasion, a cup of herbal tea is offered!
All levels are welcome! There is a level for everyone, Therése makes sure that everyone gets the best out of their own daily form. Come and test. 🙏
Therése Höjermark has been a massage therapist and yoga, dance and pilates teacher for 15 years. She holds two appreciated sessions per week here at Herresta Lada: Yogalates on Tuesdays and Yinyoga on Thursday evenings 18.30-19.45.

Tuesdays starting on January 12 at 17: 30-18: 45 🌟. Arrive well in advance of the preparation of your place.
Price and registration
You can pay in three ways:
- Dropin SEK 180 / occasion
- Clip card 5 times for SEK 800 (SEK 160 / occasion)
- Clip card 10 times for SEK 1,500 (SEK 150 / occasion)
The cut cards are valid for all Therese's passes (both Tuesdays and Thursdays).

The maximum number of participants is currently 8 / pass according to the new restrictions.
Corona and Herresta Lada - focus on security in everything we do
We do everything to make you feel completely safe here at Herresta Lada and of course follow the new Pandemic Act and the Swedish Public Health Agency's recommendations; We yoga spread out with safety distances and the maximum number of participants is currently 8 pieces / workout according to the new restrictions. Hand alcohol is always available and we have further strengthened our cleaning routines. We also expect you as a participant to do your part. Together we help each other!
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you have one, otherwise carpets can be borrowed on site. Also bring a towel / blanket / shawl to put on the mat as well as a pillow, yoga pillows and yoga blocks if you have them, to get the most out of the workout / positions. A water bottle can also be good and comfortable and soft clothes of course.
