Date and time
Date: 2020-09-17 - 2020-12-17
We start at 18:45, and end at 20:00
We continue with nice and strengthening yoga sessions this autumn, now with a new teacher and also a little different type of yoga; Yinyoga. This form of yoga is also very calm.
Yinyoga is a soft, simple and very relaxing form of yoga. Each session starts with breathing exercises that make the body come down in turns. We stay in the positions between 2-8 minutes, sitting or lying down. We focus largely on softening the back and opening up the chest and hip areas. We end each session with about 7 minutes of relaxation.
Yinyoga is suitable for EVERYONE, both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. So you do not need any prior knowledge at all.

To bring, especially considering the Corona mode
We will have yoga spread indoors in our cozy barn, with safety distances to avoid the risk of infection spreading. We follow the Swedish Public Health Agency's recommendations so that you can feel safe here at Herresta Lada. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you have one, otherwise there are mats to borrow on site. Also bring a towel / blanket / shawl to put on the mat as well as a pillow, yoga pillows and yoga blocks if you have them, to get the most out of the workout / positions. A water bottle can also be good and comfortable and soft clothes of course.
