Date and time
Date: 2021-01-13 - 2021-06-15
We start at 19:15, and end at 20:50
To meet increased demand, we now have the pleasure of offering another form of yoga at Herresta Lada: Mindfulness Yoga!
The session is based on the basics of Hathayoga and begins with a breathing exercise and a guided meditation so that body and mind are in harmony. By focusing on conscious breathing, we train the ability to listen to our body's signals and what it wants to tell us.
We work mainly with classic yoga exercises but also weave in torso-strengthening Pilates exercises and simple Qigong exercises. Everything becomes a harmonious whole where after the workout you feel strengthened in body and soul.
During the dark season we yoga in the light of candlelight and always to soothing music. After each yoga session, a cup of herbal tea is offered.
Everyone is welcome and no prior knowledge is required. Our teacher Marie helps you find the right level based on daily form and experience.
We welcome Marie Höjermark to Herresta Lada! Marie is an experienced yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga for 25 years. For the past 15 years she has also taught dance, Pilates, Qigong and Mindfulness.
